So week 1 of getting back into working out has gone pretty well! Especially considering that Wednesday morning was WAY icy around here and I was definitely not getting up at 530 to risk an accident to get into the gym.
But, I still got 3 workouts in, which is on the low end of my goal of 3-5 workouts each week, but I’m ok with that! Shoot! I just realized that I didn’t go to the gym on Sunday, which I thought I did. So I only got in 2 workouts. I’m still ok with it, because, well, it can be hard to get back into it.
Yesterday I got up at the butt crack of dawn to work out before school. I did 45 minutes of cardio, 30 on the spin bike, 15 on the treadmill. This morning I lifted and went to Spin class.
Today we have a jam packed family day! My parents are driving in for a friends wedding and taking us out to lunch beforehand! Jeremys parents are also in town and so they are taking us and Jeremy’s sibling out for dinner! I love when family comes to visit!
